四、技术参数   Technical   Data


4.1、标称电阻值Resistance(R25)

要         求:R25在标准范围内;

测量方法:   在25℃±0.05℃的高精度恒温油槽中测量。

Requirement:R25 within the scope of the standard

Test method: 25℃±0.05℃   constant temperature tank test


4.2、B 值B-value

要         求: B值在标准范围内;

测量方法:在高精度恒温油槽中,按B值代码分别测量两温度点电阻值,然后以下公式计算。

Requirement: B value within the scope of the standard

Test method:In high accuracy constant temperature tank, code according to the B value measured at both temperature resistance, then the following formula.

Bt1/t2=ln (Rt1/Rt2)/(1/(t1+273.15)-1/(t2+273.15))


4.3、绝缘电阻Insulation resistance

要         求:≥ 100MΩ

试验条件:在室温条件下,施压500v直流电压。

Requirement:≥ 100MΩ

Test condition:At room temperature, applied voltage 500V DC


4.4、耐电压withstand   voltage

要        求:无击穿。

试验条件:在室温条件下,施加1500v交流电压5秒,允许电流0.5mA。

Requirement:No breakdown

Test condition:At room temperature, applied voltage AC 1500V 5s for a second, max current 0. 5mA.


4.5、热耗散系数Thermal dissipation factor(δ)

要        求:δ≤2.5mW/℃;


试验方法:被测产品在25±0.5℃静止空气中接入以下电路。

Requirement:δ≤2.5mW/℃;

Test method:The product will be join with the following circuit at 25±0.5℃ in still air.

4.6、热时间常数Thermal time Constant(τ)

要        求: CWF1τ≤7s(包封型),CWF2型τ≤10s(灌封型),CWF3τ≤9S(压接/套管型)

测量方法:以水为介质,产品从50℃水中放入到25℃水中电阻值变化63.2%所需的时间。

Requirement:CWF1τ≤7s,CWF2型τ≤10s,CWF3τ≤9S

Test method:In the water, When the products be put into the water at 25℃ from the water at 50℃, Thermal time constant is the time that cost by the resistance becoming to be the value at63.2%.


4.7、额定功率Max.rated power

要        求:P≈137mw

计算方法:P≈δ×(80℃-25℃)

Requirement:P≈137mw

Calculating method:P≈δ×(80℃-25℃)

其中80℃为允许产品自身加热引起温升达到的较大值。

80℃ is the maximum temperature that the product is heat by itself.


4.8 允许电流Max. Permissible Current

要        求:Imax≤0.3mA   

试验条件:在25℃静止空气中,温度超过传感器正常工作温度范围,能容许的电流。

Requirement:Imax≤0.3mA

Test condition: The current which can be applied to the sensor for rised upper limit of operating temp. range at 25℃ in still air.


4.9、使用温度范围:-20~+150℃;

Operation temperature range:-20~+150℃


五、可靠性试验   Reliability tests


5.1、通电试验   Charge test

要    求:|△R/R|≤±3%,|△B/B|≤±1%

试验方法:在常温常湿通电DC1mA,1000hrs,测试其电阻值 R25、B 值

Requirement:|△R/R|≤±3%,|△B/B|≤±1%

Test method:Placed for 1000hours Applting DC 1 mA and test RT.


5.2、低温试验(参照 IEC60068-2-1/GB2423.1 试验)

Low temperature test(reference to IEC60068-2-2/GB2423.1)

要    求:|△R/R|≤±3%,|△B/B|≤±1%

试验方法:将传感器存放于-30℃±5℃干燥环境中1000hrs,在常温常湿(23℃±10℃、相对湿度25%~85%)下恢复1~2小时后,测试其电阻值 R25、B 值

Requirement:|△R/R|≤±3%,|△B/B|≤±1%

Test method:Store in dry   still air at -30℃±5℃ for 1000hrs, Recovery after the test is completed,at normal temperature and humidity(23℃±10℃,relative humidity of25%to85%)for 1~2Hr after retest rated zero-power resistance value at 25℃


5.3、高温试验 (参照 IEC60068-2-2/GB2423.2 试验)

High temperature test (reference to IEC60068-2-2/GB2423.2)

要    求:|△R/R|≤±3%,|△B/B|≤±1%

试验方法:将传感器存放于 200℃±5℃干燥环境中1000hrs,在常温常湿(23℃±10℃、相对湿度25%~85%)下恢复1~2小时后,测试其电阻值 R25、B值

Requirement:|△R/ R|≤±3%,|△B/B|≤±1%

Test method:Store in hot still air at 250℃±5℃ for 1000hrs Recovery after the test is completed,at normal temperature and humidity(23℃±10℃,relative humidity of25%to85%)for 1~2Hr after retest rated zero-power resistance value at 25℃


5.4、高温高湿(参照 IEC60068-2-3/GB2423.3 试验)

High humidity and High temperature storage (reference to IEC60068-2-3/GB2423.3)

要    求:|△R/R|≤±3%,|△B/B|≤±1%

试验方法:将传感器存放于 95%RH,60℃环境中1000hrs,在常温常湿(23℃±10℃、相对湿度25%~85%)下恢复1~2小时后,测试其电阻值 R25、B 值

Requirement: |△R/R|≤±3%,|△B/B|≤±1%

Test method: Store in 95%RH,60℃ air conditions for 1000hrs Recovery after the test is completed,at normal temperature and humidity(23℃±10℃,relative humidity of25%to85%)for 1~2Hr after retest rated zero-power resistance value at 25℃


5.5、冷热冲击试验(参照 IEC60068-2-14/GB2423.22 试验)

High and low temperature impact test (reference to IEC60068-2-14/GB2423.22)


要    求:|△R/R|≤±3%,|△B/B|≤±1%

试验方法:将传感器存放于-30℃干燥环境 (3分钟±0.5分钟) →室温环境 (≤30s) →100℃空气(3分钟±0.5分钟)如此循环 100 次,在常温常湿(23℃±10℃、相对湿度25%~85%)下恢复1~2小时后,测试其电阻值 R25、B值

Requirement: |△R/R|≤±3%,|△B/B|≤±1%

Test method:After 100 cycles of -30℃ dry air (3min±0.5min) →room ambient temperature (≤30s ) →dry air (3min±0.5min)and Recovery after the test is completed,at normal temperature and humidity(23℃±10℃,relative humidity of25%to85%)for 1~2Hr after retest rated zero-power resistance value at 25℃

六、机械强度试验   Mechanical characteristics


6.1、抗拉强度 Tensile strength

要    求:电性能无影响,外观无破坏

试验方法:导线与元件间施加 2KG 静拉力,10s.。导线与端子间施加 1.33KG静拉力,10s.

Requirement:test sample should be no break and damage after one minutes

Test method:Pull 2KG static weight in the direction of line 10s , .and Pull 1.33KG static weight between line and terminal 10s


6.2、自由坠落 Free fall

要    求:电性能无影响,外观无破坏

试验方法:将传感器于 1m 高处自由坠落至平板上三次

Requirement:test sample should be no break and damage after one minutes

Test method:After three times natural fall to a maple board from 1m high,


6.3、振动   Vibration test

要    求:电性能无影响,外观无破坏

试验方法:频率范围:10~55HZ,全振幅:1.52mm,1次循环:1分钟,方向和时间:X、Y、Z轴各2小时。

Requirement:test sample should be no break and damage after one minutes

Test method:Frequency:10~55HZ,Amplitude Modulation:1.52mm, one time: 1 min. Direction and time:X、Y and Z direction for 2hrs.


6.4、碰撞   Bump

要    求:电性能无影响,外观无破坏

试验方法:加速度:250m/s2,脉冲持续时间:6ms,碰撞次数:4000次。

          Requirement:test sample should be no break and damage after one minutes

Test method: adder :250m/s2,pulse duration:6ms,times:4000次。



6.5、弯曲试验Bending test

要    求:电性能无影响,外观无破坏

试验方法:来回10次180°弯曲导线与环氧树脂结合部位。

Requirement:test sample should be no break and damage after one minutes

Test method:180°for 10 times bending the part between wire and epoxy.


七、贮存方法 Method   of   the   stockpile


7.1、贮存和运输过程中每堆叠放高度不超过4箱产品。

The height of stacks products cannot overbalance four boxes,in the stackpile and the course of transport.


7.2包装好的产品內应放干劋剂。允许用任何方法运输,但要避免雨、雪的直接或间接的淋袭和机械损伤。

The packing products of inside must placed desiccant.Allowance used the angone way to transport,but must prevent therain and the snow direct or indirect shower bath and damnification of these products.


7.3产品应贮存环境在温度为-10℃/+40℃,相对湿度不大于80%,周围环境不应有酸性、碱性物质及腐蚀气体或辐射源。

The products are stockpiles candition of the tencperature is about -10℃/+40℃,the opposite humidity not bigger too 80%,acidic and alkalescent of substance,erode gas or radiant point are not should enclose the products.
